Returns & Refunds

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@aucigarstore.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind

Due to the perishable nature of tobacco products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened cigars or consumables for change of mind. Unopened accessories (humidors, cutters, lighters) may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind accessory returns is the customer's responsibility.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded.
